  17. <p>     Lordy, Lordy. What has happened to Amy Grant? If her music
  18. sounds different it's because the celestial singer who earned
  19. five Grammys and sold 10 million records as a gospel superstar
  20. is now shooting for secular success. It looks as if she has got
  21. it too: her pop single Baby Baby hit the No. 1 spot last week.
  22. The Nashville-based Grant, 30, likes to challenge
  23. misconceptions of gospel musicians by showing they're not
  24. "bloodless Barbie and Ken dolls." But at the same time she
  25. doesn't wish to offend her Christian fans, whom she'd still like
  26. to keep. "I hope they'll say, `I know her. She hasn't grown
  27. horns and a tail,'" Grant says.
